My Interview With Dr. Georgia Ede
For 45 minutes, I spoke with Dr. Georgia Ede about her new book and choosing food over pharma.
I was pleased to guest host The Federalist’s daily podcast program, “Federalist Radio Hour,” again on Monday featuring a discussion with Dr. Georgia Ede.
Dr. Ede is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in nutritional and metabolic psychiatry and author of the recent book, “Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind: A Powerful Plan to Improve Mood, Overcome Anxiety, and Protect Memory for a Lifetime of Optimal Mental Health.”
For nearly an hour, Dr. Ede and I discussed how food can often replace pharmaceuticals when it comes to re-optimizing brain health and tackling mental illness. We talked Oprah Winfrey’s Ozempic special, how meat is the original superfood, and how a proper diet nourishes a proper mind. Listen here.
